A41 Woodlands Roundabout

Welcome to our project updates page for the A41 Woodlands Roundabout in Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire, where we are carrying out works on behalf of Taylor Wimpey.

We’ll use this page to share the latest news, progress updates and information about upcoming works, helping local residents and the wider community stay informed throughout the project.

The safety and wellbeing of the local community is our priority, and we are committed to carrying out the works responsibly and with consideration for local residents, businesses and road users.

From 5th October 2023 until February/March 2027, Lane 1 (the nearside lane) on the A41 Eastbound will be closed.

From 19th October to 23rd October, temporary two-way traffic signals will be in place on Aylesbury Road (on the Aston Clinton side of the roundabout) to manage traffic and ensure vehicles can safely navigate past a section of road reduced to a single open lane.

From 26th October to 6th November, temporary two-way traffic signals will also be in place on Aston Clinton Road (on the Aylesbury side of the roundabout) for the same reasons, controlling traffic and directing vehicles safely past another section reduced to a single open lane.

We will provide regular updates here, including information about planned works, progress on site and any changes that may affect the local area.

We appreciate that construction works can sometimes cause disruption, and we will do our best to keep residents informed about activities that may affect the surrounding area.
