Information on our Graduate Schemes

We are proud to offer two graduate schemes, each lasting three years.

Civil Engineering Graduate Programme
Quantity Surveying Graduate Programme

We work hard to provide a combination of mentoring, focused learning and development, enabling each participant to discover and grow their abilities.

Throughout both courses, students will work towards development objectives and take part in secondments to various support functions, including the Bid Team, Temporary Works and Accounts. You will receive health and safety training and attend personal development workshops such as relationship management and negotiation skills.

What are the requirements?

To apply for our graduate scheme, you will need the following:

To be qualified with a relevant, accredited degree
To be eligible to work permanently in the UK
Relevant work experience with a construction or civil engineering company
An appropriate CSCS card
To be mobile and willing to travel
