Choose your course

We are proud to offer two graduate programmes, each lasting three years. We work hard to provide a combination of mentoring, focussed learning and development, enabling each participant to discover and grow their abilities.

Throughout both courses, students will work towards development objectives and take part in secondments to various support functions, including the Bid Team, Temporary Works and Accounts. You will receive health and safety training, and attend personal development workshops such as relationship management and negotiation skills.
