ECL colleagues came together in support of animal welfare charity Woodgreen Pets Charity through a successful workplace donation drive held at the Wintringham site in St Neots.
Organised by the ECL Charity Team as part of ECL’s Considerate Constructors commitments, the initiative encouraged employees to donate high-quality pre-loved items to support the charity’s vital work rescuing and caring for vulnerable pets. Running from May 26 to June 3, the collection quickly gained traction. It not only promoted sustainability and reduced waste but also raised awareness of the incredible work that Woodgreen does daily to support animals in need. Thanks to the generosity of ECL employees, the campaign raised an incredible £114 and rising for Woodgreen Pets Charity. These funds will help provide rescue animals with safe shelter, veterinary treatment, rehabilitation, food and ongoing care while they wait to find their forever homes.
