Competitive Salary Range: £35,000- £50,000  Holidays:  33 days per year
Location:  Bedford

ECL, a leading civil engineering and groundworks company, is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join its experienced and highly professional commercial team, who work with some of the UK’s leading housebuilding developers.

We are looking for a QS who has full knowledge of all groundworks surveying.  Your job role will entail working independently managing between 4 – 5 live sites.  

Ideally, we would like the successful candidate to have a quantity surveying qualification, either a degree or HND level, and at least two years’ service operating as a QS within groundworks or a sector where your skills can be easily transferrable.  Experience in completing valuations/variations/account reconciliation/sub-contract procurement & payments/cost analysis/dealing with clients is required.

Your role would be office-based (at ECL’s head office in Kempston, Bedford) but would include a significant number of on-site visits.
